RACHEL BUCKLEY
Rachel Buckley is a real success story. Rachel transferred over from a client to Mitie in 2012, when Mitie won the contract, originally as a business analyst and played a key role in supporting and stabilising the contract through mobilisation and transition. Rachel was then promoted to Performance Manager and over the past three years has lead the transformation of one of our key contracts from the ‘Canteens’ serving 45,000 customers to a business that is as famous for its food, coffee and design.
Using her knowledge of the client, stakeholder skills coupled with strong project management capability, Rachel has been instrumental in really owning the contract governance and client relationship and shown, by example, how to help influence outcomes that are a ‘win win’ for Gather & Gather and the client’s employees.
